In the unlikely event of a delivery error, if you have received a product that does not comply with your order, you can return it within 14 days. You must report this error by filling out the Return Form in your user account. Within 24 - 48 hours of completing it, an Urgent Cargus, Sameday or FAN Courier agent will contact you to arrange the product pickup details. You will also need to pack the product/products in conditions as close as possible to those in which you received it.

Make sure you apply the discount code/voucher at checkout, before completing the order. Add your preferred products to the cart, then enter the discount code and click the “Apply discount code” button. Such discount codes are valid for a limited period of time and cannot be combined with other active promotions on the website, nor with other vouchers or discount codes.

It's okay to change your mind. You can return products purchased from us within 14 days by accessing the return form on the website, from your account.
However, there are some products that cannot be returned. Here they are:
- Products manufactured according to the specifications presented by the Customer or clearly personalized;
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Customer (Hair clippers and trimmers, Straighteners, Curling irons, Hair dryers, Cosmetic devices);
- The supply of Products which are, after delivery, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- Any product that shows visible signs of use and cannot be brought into conformity by our service department

By registering an order, the buyer assures ProBeauty that they have the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment instrument for their order.
Bank card payment
- For online transactions, we use Netopia Payments service.
- You can pay online with your personal card or through your company, in complete safety.
- For online payments, we accept cards issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) logos.
- Netopia Payments transactions are 3D secure, a secure system for processing online transactions that offers confidentiality, security, and simplicity in purchasing products and services online. Card data processing is done exclusively through the bank. Our store does not request or store any details regarding your card.
- Important to know! For bank card payments, Probeauty does not charge a commission!
Cash on delivery
- You can choose to pay cash on delivery and you will pay the courier for the ordered products.
Bank transfer
- After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information to make the payment.
- If you wish to make the payment based on a Proforma Invoice, please contact us by email at office@probeauty.ro or through the chat on the website.
- We ship the package on the next business day, after payment processing. Our account details are:

To send a purchased product for service, please log in to your customer account and fill out the dedicated form.
24-48 hours after filling out the form, you will be contacted by an Urgent Cargus, FAN Courier, or Sameday agent who will pick up your defective product. Pack the product well so that it is protected during transport. Don't forget to include a copy of the Fiscal Invoice in the package or to fill in the Fiscal Invoice Number on the form.
We would like to inform you that: risers, blades and casings of hair clippers, electrical cables, and batteries of cordless electrical products are not covered by the warranty. These parts can only be replaced or repaired at an extra cost.
We process and ship all warranty products within a maximum of 15 days from the moment you hand over the package to the Urgent Cargus, FAN Courier, or Sameday agent.
You will be contacted by one of our colleagues from the Service Department if the device's defect is not covered by the warranty or the product is no longer within the warranty period.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you have the option to exchange or return the product without difficulty, free of charge, within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return a product purchased from us, please log in to your customer account and fill out the dedicated form.
24-48 hours after filling out the form, you will be contacted by a Cargus agent who will pick up the product you wish to return. You don't have to do anything else but pack the product well so that it is not damaged during transport. Also, make sure not to stick the AWB on the product box. Don't forget to include a copy of the Fiscal Invoice in the package or fill in the Fiscal Invoice Number in the form.
You will be contacted by one of our colleagues from the Service and Returns Department if we need more information to process the return.

Delivery methods:
- Courier delivery can be made via: GLS GENERAL LOGISTIC SYSTEMS ROMÂNIA, FAN COURIER EXPRESS SRL, CARGUS or SAMEDAY COURIER
- Delivery to Sameday easybox
The package containing the ordered and paid products is left at the collection point selected by the Buyer when ordering. The Buyer is notified by the courier company via SMS/email regarding the status of the package and can pick up the package according to its delivery policy.
In the case of easybox delivery, payment can be made online by card on the website or cash on delivery by card at the easybox.
- Click and Collect/Pick up from store
In-store delivery means that the recipient of the order can pick up their package, ordered and paid for on the probeauty.ro website, from one of the selected ProBeauty stores. The package can be picked up after a minimum of 24-48 hours and a maximum of 5 working days, depending on the time the order was placed. A ProBeauty store representative will contact the customer by phone/SMS to inform them that they can pick up their package.
- All orders placed from Monday to Thursday, until 2:00 PM, will be handed over to the courier on the same day. Thus, your products are delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next day. For orders placed from Friday to Sunday, processing and handover to the courier will be done on the first working day after this interval.
Important to note: During periods with a high volume of orders, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or seasonal sales periods or public holidays, delivery times may be extended.
- Delivery is free for orders with a value greater than or equal to 200 lei. The delivery fee is 14.90 lei for orders with a value less than 200 lei. If you opt for cash on delivery, you will also pay the handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
- Before taking over the package from the Urgent Cargus, FAN Courier or Sameday agent, please check if the boxes show signs of bumps, breakages, liquid leaks or unsealing. If you notice any of these signs, please refuse to take over the package and contact us by email at office@probeauty.ro. This way, we can send you other intact products as soon as possible.
