ProBeauty aims to provide a pleasant and efficient shopping experience, including when it comes to the delivery of purchased products.

Free Delivery and Shipping Costs

• Free Delivery: For orders worth at least €50, delivery is free of charge.
• Shipping Fee: For orders worth less than €50, a shipping fee of €3 applies.

Processing and Delivery Time

• Fast Processing: Orders placed Monday through Thursday, before 3:00 PM, are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours.
• Special Circumstances: In certain isolated situations, delivery times may be extended due to factors such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such delays, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Obligations

• Maximum Delivery Period: Although we strive to ensure fast deliveries, the legal delivery period for all orders is a maximum of 30 days from the date the distance contract is concluded.
• Updated Information: Delivery details, including estimated dispatch times, are provided for transparency purposes but do not constitute a contractual obligation, except for the commitment to deliver the products within the legally specified period.
