ETB Eyes Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye Light Brown 15ml
It has a special formula created not to damage eyelashes and eyebrows. It is a professional permanent dye with very good coverage, including gray hair; it is a water-resistant dye, penetrates the hair quickly and lasts a long time (6 – 8 weeks). It is recommended for all hair types, stimulates growth and strengthens eyelashes and eyebrows.
Usage: Mix approximately 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of liquid oxidizer
or with 15-20 drops of oxidizing cream, to obtain a well-homogenized cream. Use the mixture immediately. Apply first to the eyelashes and then to the eyebrows in the direction of hair growth. Processing time: 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity level. After the processing time, wipe off the dye with a cotton pad and soap (not shampoo) and apply cream
