Thank you for purchasing our electronic scale. Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Remove all packaging materials.

2. Press and remove the battery cover from the bottom of the device. Refer to Figure 1.

3. Insert 2 × CR2032. Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly, as incorrect installation may damage the device. Refer to Figure 2.

4. Place the scale on a flat and stable surface for accurate measurement.

5. For easier battery removal, press position "C" (Figure 3).

USAGE

Before first use, follow the steps below:

1. Use the switch on the back of the scale to select the desired unit: g or lb.

2. Place the scale on a hard and level surface. Gently touch the "ON/OFF" button; "HI" will appear on the screen, then "0" after a few seconds.

3. Place the item to be weighed on the platform. The weight will briefly appear on the display.

4. Use the tare function for successive weighings:
a. Place the first item (e.g., a bowl) on the scale.
b. If necessary, note the initial weight.
c. Press the "TARE" button to reset the display to zero. The weight of the first item will be shown as zero, even if it remains on the scale.
d. Add the next ingredient (e.g., pour into the bowl) and read the weight after the value stabilizes. Only the added weight will be displayed.

5. The device automatically turns off after 2 minutes of inactivity or can be turned off by long-pressing the "ON/OFF" button.

NOTE

1. "ERR" appears in case of overload (over 5200 g / 11 lb).

2. "Lo" appears when the battery is low and needs replacement.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. This scale is a high-precision electronic instrument. It contains a sensitive sensor. Keep the device away from water and avoid impacts or shocks.

2. Replace the batteries in time, when they are depleted. Open the cover and replace both batteries with new CR2032s. Do not mix old batteries with new ones.

3. Improper use may cause damage to the device. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or injuries resulting from improper use.

4. Do not place or store the scale near strong heat sources or in humid environments.

CAUTION

1. Keep the scale away from water.

2. Handle the device with care.

3. Do not use the scale on uneven surfaces.

4. Do not use the device in areas with strong electromagnetic interference.

5. Remove the batteries if you are not using the scale for an extended period.

6. Do not attempt to open the device or remove internal components. Only authorized technicians can perform service.
