Londa Professional Permanent Oxidant 3% 1000ml
Oxidant specially designed for Londa Color permanent dye. The oxidant features an improved Extra Rich Crème formula that evenly distributes over 500 trillion VITAFLECTION MICROSPHERES on each strand of hair to ensure a homogeneous mixture, a creamy consistency, and a perfect and even color.
Usage: Mix in a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 60 ml dye + 60 ml oxidant)
with Londa Professional permanent dye and in a 1:2 ratio (e.g., 60 ml
dye + 120 ml oxidant) with ultra blonde shades. Preferably, follow the
instructions for use and oxidant concentration written on the product.
