How to Use

1. Apply the product to dry, unwashed hair.
2. In a non-metallic bowl, mix Blonde Expert bleaching powder in a 1:2 ratio with 2% (7 Vol.), 6% (20 Vol.), or 9% (30 Vol.) developer.
