Silky Permanent Fixative 1000ml
Neutralizing solution for Silky perms. This is used after the Ondulate perm has taken effect, to finalize the curl setting.
How to use:
After the perm processing time, rinse hair carefully.
Apply the neutralizer to all curls.
Leave on for 10 minutes, then remove the rollers and reapply the neutralizer to all hair.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with water, apply conditioner and style hair as usual.
