The combination of its main active ingredients, Biotinyl-GHK (Vitamin H) and Panthenol (Vitamin B5), acts on the eyelash follicles, stimulating hair growth in length and thickness. How to use: Apply morning and evening on cleansed (clean) and dry eyelashes. We recommend daily use of the Strengthening Gel.
